Powder & primers must be shipped by a hazmat certified shipper via FedEx or ups. Loaded cartridges do not require the shipper be hazmat certified, but they must be shipped ORM-D Small Arms Cartridges with the appropriate labels.

By law, you cannot ship any powder, primers or loaded ammo via USPS. They will prosecute if you are caught!!!!

I don't just put them in a priority envelope and say good luck.. I use a cert hazemat shipper thanks for assuming though.. I know the laws.. very well actually thank you for your concern
