I am selling a Remington 700 Stainless Steel Rifle with a Heavy Fluted Barrel in 308 cal. The barrel is 26" and comes with a Harris Bipod mounted to the stock. The 700 also has a Leupold Mil Dot Vari X III, 6.5-20x50mm Scope mounted on it. Scope also comes with Lens Covers. The last four digits of the serial number is Laser inscribed on the bolt.
The 700 has only 100 rounds of Factory Match 168 grain ammunition fired through it. Barrel was cleaned after every shot for the first 60 rounds. It was sighted in at 400 yards at New Holland Gun Club in Lancaster Co. Pa. The 700 and scope were purchased new and only went to the range twice. It has been a Safe Queen ever since.
I also have the original Remington & Leupold Factory Boxes.
Price is $1,400 for everything.
Rifle alone without scope mounts and bipod for $700.00.
The Leupold scope alone is $795.00.
