Rem 700 SPS tactical or Ren 700 SPS tactical ACC-SD or Savage

Besides the threads on the end and rate of twist is there anything else differnet?

Been looking for a 308 with a overall length of 40" and under. Barrel length 20" or shorter too.

These 2 plus some savages fit the bill.

Any thoughts on any of these gun would be great
