rem 700 rum long range...how is it?

Got it out earlier, it shot sub moa with a random load of 98gr retumbo and 168 vld bergers.

Have a few hundred of them, never got them to shoot in my 308. Wish they were heavier will work up loads with the 208-212 hornadys this weekend.

Only complaint is this rifle is like my .50bmg... the noise isn't the problem...you can feel the muzzle blast in your sinus.

If you aren't liking the blast with the 168s, I'll be interested to see how you feel about the 208+ bullets

The blast was less, makes sense, 93.5gr vs 98.

Muzzle break is threaded on, yet I see no seam to unscrew. Possibly welded, was hoping to stick my can on.

I have one in a 300wm and like it alot. Just upgraded to a trigger tech trigger, in my opinion the worst feature of the rifle was the trigger. Im using Retumbo powder and a 200gr eld-x

Don't know of anyone that welds on brakes, but maybe epoxy or loctite.
