I have a Remington 700 Mountain Rifle with factory Detachable Mag chambered in 7mm-08 with a Leupold VX-III 2.5-8x36 that I am considering selling.

Curious what a good price would be to list it before I decide if I want to sell or not.

Might help to provide some more details on the rifle.

e.g., is it stainless? what sort of stock? era of manufacture?

I might be wrong but I don't think "Remington 700 Mountain rifle" is unambiguous to my questions above:

Common mods are good to cover, too, e.g., factory trigger?

Pictures worth a thousand words as it is always hard to convey the overall condition of the rifle, too. Also, rounds down the tube? etc.

If I bought this I could have a nearly matched pair.

I bought it new in 2003 I believe. It is a satin blued finish. Wood stock with black caps. Jeweled bolt. Factory trigger. Approximate round count is less than 200 rounds. Leupold rings and bases.

I would take pictures if someone were seriously interested or I decide to sell.
It is a great rifle and I'd probably regret sell. LOL
