SOLD/EXPIRED rem 700 bdl

I have a rem 700 BDl that I have had the action blue printed, the bolt spiral fluted, removed jlock, squared up the bolt face the gun has the factory barrel which has less than 100 rounds down the tube it is in immaculate condition no rust, scratches or dings it will come with rings and bases. it is a 7MMmag. I traded for the gun to get started on a project rifle so this has most everything done to it now outside of replacing the barrel re chambering and changing the trigger out if you want a fully custom rifle. all gunsmithing work was done by S&S PRECISION in ARGYLE TEXAS

I need to get what I have in it which is $1100
