What length is barrel? Any load development? Does it shoot 300 bergers well? what twist also. Is it cerakoted black?

Should be a 26" and 1/10 twist, I'll have him confirm tonight. He shot the 275gr Sierra, it shot sub-moa. He hasn't shot the 300gr Berger, but the previous owner may have, I'll ask him. It is Duracoat.
