Nosler manual has load recipes. This is what I found online. Something to consider? Heard on a new barrel to start minimum and work up??

It was just a pun, over bored cartridges are known to be throat burners. But 5000 FPS is insane. When the 220 Swift came out bullets were not up to snuff and some came to pieces before impact with the target.
Although the 22-243 can run 35gr-40gr bullets over 5,000 ft/sec, I liked to run my AI variant with a 75gr moly bullet at 3,670 ft/sec. That load shot (once) into .65" at 600 yds. It was feared by PA groundhogs. Shots out to 1,000yds were fatal.

I do have loads, that I developed in a 27" inch barreled .22-250 AI with a 1-7 twist barrel using Berger and Sierra 80gr match bullets. All my loads were very safe in my rifle and they showed no signs of pressure if you're interested I'll forward a few of the most accurate loads to you.
Yes Sir: that would be a great help
