redding micrometer fitment

Will a redding micrometer with a 1/2-20 thread fit into a rcbs die. I have been shooting bergers 180 vld and started seeing more on proper bullet seating the vld with a redding seating micrometer. since i have rcbs dies for the 7stw, can i just buy the micrometer and and use it in my rcbs die? and if not which one do i need for the 7mm stw? their chart doesnt really say but just #3 #4 ect. thanks

I have my doubts.... I just sold my redding deluxe .338 lapua dies and looked to keep my micro for my 338 ultra, it would not thread into the rcbs dies I have for the ultra.... hopefully someone else will chime In though

Ya im kinda doubting too, but i quess ill just get the redding kit for stw and get the micrometer.
