These are a custom set of Redding FL bushing dies in 6.5-06 Ack Imp 40 degree.

This is the standard FL custom special order FL dies that have then been converted to bushing by Jim Carstenson at JLC Precision. That is an $80 conversion.

Long story short, sent a bolt off for fluting and knob 2 years ago and it sat in the safe along with the rifle that I never got to finish working loads up until this last fall. Somehow got the wrong bolt back and brass would just not work. Ordered a custom set of Whidden dies and still same problem. I began to suspect I had the wrong bolt sent back. Off to the smith, he confirmed wrong bolt. Had to set the headspace back .006, true the bolt face, and lap the lugs. Now I have two sets of dies and both work great, brass drops right in. Absolutely nothing wrong with them.

Is it a full length die and a seater die?
