Recoil

Size and youth has nothing to do with recoil tolerance.

It will be different for most people (Also toughness has little or no bering on recoil tolerance)

It is mostly the nervous system that dictates the amount of recoil a person can take.

Even with a muzzle break some people flinch from the blast effect of the break.

Breaks do minimize the pain and and time it takes to acquire the target after each shot.

I would recommend getting the rifle you want and shooting it without a break and if it feels
like to much recoil for accurate shooting then have a break installed.

There is no reason to shoot a break if it is not needed because of the additional noise.

Just my opinion
