Recoil Pad

I am having a stock shortened on a light weight rifle of mine. It weighs in at 6.5 lbs scoped and is one of my .300 WM. It does not have a muzzle brake and i would like to keep it that way if I can.
My question is what kind of recoil pad would you guys recommend for helping reduce recoil and muzzle jump?

The recoil pad may have to be re-sized due to shortening the stock....

I have had best results with KICKEEZ brand pads work great and grind much cleaner.
