Rechamber to a 243 ackley

I have a tikka t3 in 243 and I would like to set the barrel back a thread and rechamber to 243ai, is this worth the time and effort and if so who could do it and ball park figure on price please. Thx for any info

you'll see about 75 to 90 fps increase, but the throat life will almost double. I would set the shoulder back at least .38", and start with a good throat.
