Real world drops and Shooter app vastly different. 6.5 Saum, 156 EOL Bergers, RL26

Go here and enter actual drops. Your trying to resolve a ballistic curve by guessing at the velocity which may not be the issue. It could be environmental or BC.
I'm pulling my hair out. Even doing this and adjusting the speed to what they say (2690), it still gives me a call of 4.2 at 400 yards, 10.6 at 600 and 18.1 at 800.

Has to be some bad input. I would create a new firearm and bullet file and walk back through every input and see what you get.
Thing is, the 156 berger flying at these velocities, the drops should be in line with what the app shows.
I can't figure out why I'm having to dial more.
I've poured over the data in the app.
I'm going to do another box test first chance I get

Verify your environmental inputs. Sounds like you may have station pressure way off.
Running all your info, I don't get the same projected drops that you are getting in my Shooter program.
And your ACTUAL drops are way off what I am getting.
Pretty sure my Shooter is dead nuts, because I took my new 6.5SS running the 156s out last weekend, and had never shot it past 200 before. Made 1st round hits at 661, 730, 832, 989, 1098, and 1400.

Leads me to believe tracking issues in the scope.

Could it be the look/shot angle? Friend of mine had his messed up. We were both shooting 300 RUM at the time and his program wasn't even close to mine. Both ran very similar load.

After playing around with it, I'm beginning to think the same thing. It's consistently not moving enough. It always returns to zero perfectly and the windage seems dead on, the elevation is coming up a hair short.

Get another set of eyes on there. Possibly something obvious that for whatever reason you aren't noticing. Happens to me from time to time and a second set of eyes picks it up right away. Something simple like zero distance? Or scope height?

Scope height was not listed so I just guessed an average of 2 inches also why I've shown my inputs in case someone sees some thing that needs changed.I've never liked a 200 yards 0 . I zero all my rifles at 100

I plugged in most of your numbers with 100 yard zero and came up with 15.7 moa @ 800 yards. Maybe the 200 yard zero is off? Just throwing out an idea.

Double check your zero range under bullet input. If I change my inputs from 100 to 200 yard zero and back the curves are very close to what you're getting actual vs app drops. What I'm trying to say is your actual drops closely correspond to a 100 yard zero.
Sorry I miss that.

Today I took my 6.5 saum out to get ready for deer season. Since last season I have changed scopes (Tangent Theta 315P) and decided to switch to the 156gr EOL bullets.
I am loading 58 gr RL-26, 215M, ADG brass with no signs of pressure.
According to my labradar, my speeds were as follows: 2990, 3014, 3018, 3022, 3018, 3022, 3025, 3024, 3030, 3025, 3026, 3027, 3021, 3025, 3032, 3024, 3038, 3014, 3021, 3034, 3040, 3027, 3040, 3037, 3052
Rounds were left in the sun in the ammo box, which is why the speeds climbed some over the course of 2.5 hrs.
The gun wears a suppressor made by Hog Rush.
This load shoots very well accuracy-wise.

Here's the issue:
My shooting confirmed my drops as follows
200 yd- zero
400 yd- 5.25 moa
600 yd- 11.25
800 yd- 16.25
The shooter app calls for:
400 yd- 3.0
600 yd- 8.0
800 yd- 13.8

Why is there such a big difference? I've used the Shooter app for years and while there has always been a slight discrepancy between the real world and the app, it has always been minor and I've been able to make everything match up with minor velocity adjustments in the app.
Scope tracking shows to be spot on, and I am making certain there are no canting issues.
I plan to shoot again before season just to verify drops again.

Edit to add: 350 ft ASL, 31% humidity today, 68*
Gun is custom built by Pierce Engineering, 26" Brux, Pierce ti action, Manners, Jewell, Atlas bipod,

What gives?
Will take real world experience every time over an APP.
