This has probably been covered before, but my 338 RUM feels to recoil more with an adjustable B&C A5 stock than the factory HS. Is it possible that the butt is adjusted too low, and the forearm pivot point being farther forward contributing to the added perceived recoil, along with the gun recoil not being level, but having more muzzle jump? Despite being tight, would the position of the adjustment rod in the stock affect the boreline-shoulder difference?
