Holy cow I think it works!! Big bunny hopped up into landscaping, nose twitching like crazy then blasted out of the landscaping for no apparent reason other than maybe the blood meal! Watching to see if any others give it a try.

Bunny #2 did exactly same. Hopped up, got snootful of the blood meal and rocketed out of there.
