I just picked up some 200 eld x for my 300 wsm. I also grabbed some rl22 but I can't find any load data for that combo. Anyone know a good starting point? Thanks

Nosler has RL-22 data for their 200g Accubond on their website, you might use that to get a starting point, I don't know how the bullet construction compares though so I'd be careful.

RL-17 or RL-16 would actually be better powders for that bullet/cartridge in my opinion.

Don't mess around with RL22, and buy RL17. I bought a box of the 200gr ELDX's when they first came out and before Hornady had any load data. Ironically, the load I worked up was the exact load they first published on the website. Had to fine tune the seating depth to get it just right. Great and accurate load. Hammered a nice bull elk with it last month.
62.8gr RL-17, Nosler Brass, WLRM primer, 2.855" COAL, 2952 fps, clover leaf group
I suggest you first use the Berger protocol for finding optimal seating depth with these bullets since they can be finicky. I got lucky and found the correct seating depth quickly, but I've learned to use the Berger method for all the other calibers I shoot ELDX bullets. Once you've got the seating depth, you can work up the load pretty easily
