Question about Lee hand press

I'm looking for a way to reload 28 Nosler ammo when traveling thousands of miles from home, with space and weight limitations of traveling/hunting.

Does anyone know if this Lee press could neck size and seat bullets for 28 Nosler cartridges?

I don't see why not. 28 Nosler supposed to fit a standard action correct? I seem to recall neck sizing and seating 30-06 loads with it. https://leeprecision.com/breech-lock-hand-press.html

Neck sizing and seating doesn't require much force on the handles. It's the FL resizing that does. If you are going to seat out say 195gr bullets out past box mag size then it maybe an issue.
