what powders are giving good velocity and low extreme spread. shooting 250gr game kings. I tried reloader 25. very accurate but es could be a lot better. could anyone recommend a better powder. thankyou

Ykes! You just missed by one number; RL26 should be near perfect. It is perfect for my 256 Flatlines.

Try 8133, that's what I use for 300SMK and 250SMK. with a good load you should be in single digit ES/SD. I am currently using it to run the 300SMK at 2700fps from a 28" barrel. Low pressure, good sped, excellent accuracy. When I found the load I had 5 shots that were only 3fps apart, knew I had a good one there.
