It will be more frustrating then i can explain, it will also be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. Patients and being very calm is key in the beginning. There were many times i would bury my fact biting my tongue just praying the rifle would go off. Sometimes it did work out other times the deer ran off no harm done which again is still a great experience. Best advice i can give anyone taking youngsters out hunting, DO NOTHING that will add to the stress of the moment, little buggers are already stressed to the nines most of the time anyway. And then make it clear, its better to see a deer walk away healthy then loose a wounded animal. In their early years, especially with young ladies, loosing a wounded deer could end their career. Young men seem to be a bit more blood thirsty at that age. Not our girls though, on average. Enjoy your great times to come!!Awesome, makes me look forward to taking my girls, in the future.
