Anyone have any info on the proof research rifles? Thinking about the Elevation series which is their "budget" line (if you call $3k a budget rifle). I want something I can use and have the kids shoot and hunt with down the road. The one area of concern I have is the action. It is a Zermatt Arms Origin action with a pinned lug instead of a complete machined action. Any pros and cons to a pinned lug on a rifle in the $3000 price range?
