Problems with Weatherby Accumark in 7mmSTW

Hello all. I'm an FNG on the forum but I've had an STW for quite a while. My question refers to my Weatherby Accumark model. Does anybody else have this setup? Mine is stock at this point but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to tweek some better performance out of it. I was surprised to read that the Pac-Nor barrels are only guaranteed at 1 1/2-2" MOA. I want to stick with the STW round but if I want sub-MOA am I going to need to get a new rifle or just a new barrel? Should I use the Weatherby action or get a 700?

decopper the barrel,
load you up some w/ 78G 7828-160gr speer-215 priemer
should shoot vary well
pac-nor barrels shoot for me on every rifle i have built with them
