Primers and humidity

What is the best humidity to have when storing primers? My basement area is cool to cold and humidity is about 33% on avg.

Vacuum seal them. Humidity can't breach the sealed bag.

Extreme heat swings and humidity are the enemy. If you store them in your home with controlled environment comfortable to you, there should be no problem

I store my powder and primers in my reloading room inside my home. The room is usually 66-72 degrees and 40-45 relative humidity. I keep a dehumidifier in my reloading room to keep things controlled.
