Hey guys,
I have usually just watched bolt lift and ejector marks but what is the best method to rely on to judge a near max load without having pressure trace? Did I hear that measuring case head expansion on once fired brass is the best method? Was it any expansion over .0005 at the web area is too hot?
Thank you,
Al

Awesome,
Thank you very much. So I guess I might throw that method out the window! In the past I have been watching all of the normal signs and stopping when I get any of those main indications, but I need to use my chrono more. I guess I get lazy and when I'm running short on time that is one less thing to mess with. I usually end up checking my velocity at some point, but I need to use it more in the development stage!
