Prairie dogs with scopes Ruger SRH

Going out in to rich prairie dog country June 1st. I have a Ruger SRH in .480 Ruger . I'm thinking what load to load. I've shot 350gr Cast in front of 10grs of Unique with minimal recoil. I have a bunch of jacketed Speer 275gr bullet. I wonder if maybe 12 grs of unique behind those bullet would work. Any suggestions ?

Oh I answered my own post . Speer #14 says start with 14.0 grs of Unique

What distances will you be shooting at those prairie dogs with the 480, Iron Worker?

I decided not to bring it. But if i did, it would've remained in the case because the prairie dogs were 150yds + . When I was first introduced to this location there were thousands of dogs all over and up close. 5 years later numbers were reduced,along with dogs became educated.
