Denver is the only stateside airport l have visited where l felt like l was OVERSEAS. l flew in to there a few yrs back to shoot PDS Wyoming... Had a great time during the shoot. Lots of dogs to shoot. Saw more Antelope tho. They were in HERDS there... Also visited a WalMart in WYO that sold reloading supplies!!!

Check out longmeadow in Wiggins (1 hour east if denver) a friend went there once and said is was ok.

Private property is year round, public property has a season (I think its june-feb) -- price for non res small game tag was $56, it may have gone up for 2019 season, haven't seen the book yet. Also need a $10 wildlife stamp and must have a hunters safety card from CO or your state of choice.

(UPDATE) I see you post was several years ago, now this is July 2022 and I had to pay $85 for CO License. You can use your CCW perming in place of Safety Hunters course!
