For shooting 156 bergers out of prc i have H1000, RL 26, and N565. What are the pros and cons of each or which have you had best luck with. Temps i would use them at vary from 0 degrees to 60 F

All good powders for the PRC and every rifle shoots differently so you have to test them in YOUR rifle. All you can do is use magnum primers if you are concerned with ignition in cold weather. I would test my loads in the coldest weather you may encounter. The coldest ive ever hunted was 5 deg and never had an issue.
