Powder dispensing

Hi I'm new to reloading and I'm wanting to invest in a good powder dispenser and I was look ing for help what are the pros and cons of the electric dispensers vs the manual ones. I wil be loading for accuracy an I'm wanting to get in to BR Shoting I aw willing to spend some money I would rather buy the best that I can now instead of buying junk 2 or 3 times please help
