Powder and bullet of choice for .308

Looking for a good load for 1K BR with the .308 Win. Id like to stay with a Hodgden Extreme powder and a bullet that could double as a hunting round.

42.7-43.0 Gr BENCHMARK under 155 AMAX's. They dont shoot worth a crap at 100-600 yards but boy do they group at 1K. 3.5" to be exact.

Another good load is 45.0 VARGET under the 175 SMK.

One of my favoraites. 43.0 RL-15 under the 190 SMK. VERY flat, little wind drift and most of the time they group .5 MOA at 1K.
