Pork belly - first pellet smoker grill attempt

Used gochujang as binder; sweet and sassy BBQ dry rub, pink Himalayan salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Marinated overnight. Low and slow smoke with apple smoke pellets.

Awesome, I love both spliced like brisket or cubed like burnt ends as an Appetizer.
We do them cubed like burnt ends as well. Good stuff.
Looks like your pit is doing some good work with the smoke. Should make an awesome meal!!!!
