Please help with Sako questions.

I have a L691 that I desperatly need a mag box for and would also like to get a Picatinny rail for. So here are my questions that i would be realy gratefull if anybody could answer or direct me in the right direction.
1) Will the mag box from a Sako 75 fit in the L691
2) are the bases the same on the L691 as the long actin
Sako 75's??
