Penrod Precision in Notrh Manchester, In

Has anyone used Mark Penrod for any gunsmithing jobs? I have a remington 700 I would like to have it more accurate than what it is. Like lapping the bolt lugs, bedding the action, and what other things that can be done to it.

Any information would be greatfull.
