Pellet grill/smoker

Big poppa smokers makes some good stuff also. I like the cash cow and little louies on beef. Tri tip and prime rib.

I just order this:

And this will be my next smoke:

I bought a Smokefire back in February and I've burned over a hundred pounds of pellets through it already. I'm becoming a fan of 100% cherry pellets from Lumberjack. They feed well with little to no tunneling and produce very good food. The Cabelas pellets are re-labeled Lumberjack so a $50 dollar order gets you free shipping on those.

I just saw locally Kingsford is making pellets. Sams club and home depot are selling them.
I wouldn't be surprised of the stuff wasn't second tier at best like their charcoal. My brother fires coals a lot and is fond of B&B...
Sams here sells Smokehouse brand pellets... They are decent but the Smokefire likes to tunnel with them so I gave away over 60# to my brother; His Traeger can burn them.

19.99$ is about average cost for a 20lbs bag. So the above is a sweet deal. They had another 2 pack for 34.99$. I bought two 5 gallon buckets with lids. Each will hold about 2 full bags. I have been mixing them. One for chicken/pork (apple and pecan) and for beef (hickory and mesquite).
