I have recently purchased LB3 and I am looking for a PDA that uses the Microsoft Bluetooth stack so that I can stream realtime field data from the Kestrel 4500BT to the LB3. Anyone know of any PDAs that have the MS BT stack as the Broadcom (Widcom) stack will not work. Thanks.

I have the same problem, and have asked the same question.
You would think the quys at Patagonia would rewrite Loadbase for the Widcomm stack sense the MS stack is so rare in phones and PDA's. The software runs really
smooth on my HTC TP2 phone, and every thing works except the Kestrel 4500BT.

    Thanks Barry

After a long search, I was finally able to determine the the Dell Axim x51V has the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. I have successfully downloaded the software to the PDA and tested it.......works nicely! It sure beats having to go out and purchase a Juniper Archer for $1600!
