The Tomahawk is an improved 300 UltraMag.
From what I can remember the shoulder angle is increased from 30 to 35 degrees and the shoulder diameter from .525" to 535".

Lazzeroni makes a Tomahawk too, if that's the one you're thinking of. It's a bit bigger in diameter than the Ultra or WSM case, but short like the WSM, shortened version of the Warbird. The Lazzeroni cases are of original design. They're smaller in diameter than the Rigby, larger diameter than the 404 Jeffery or Ultra Mags and WSM's.
