parallax free scope

what is the highest magnification setting on a scope that you do not have to adjust the parallax or is parallax free scope .is it 10 power ? thanks

I would not have a scope with out AO or side focus.

Not really sure about the power. I think the range (distance to target) is the determining factor. Scopes that do not have an adjustable parallax, are usually set to be parallax free at 100 yards for rifle scopes, and 50 yards for rim fire scopes. In other words, they are useless, and as Rich Coyle states, I too would not have a scope without adjustable parallax.
