PSA 300aac blackout 8.5" pistol kit. NO LOWER included. I bought the kit about 6 years ago and it never got built. It is a "blem" kit but I can not see anything noticeable. It has sat in my reloading room too long. $550 shipped TYD paypal F&F or add 3%. USPS MO works too.
