Off range hunts have better odds for drawing, and WSMR hunts have better odds for killing. On the McGregor hunts you'll see oryx, but it is not a slam dunk, plus there are just not enough tags available for decent draw odds.
The off range hunts are 30 days, but they are significantly more challenging to find oryx unless you do some scouting beforehand or hire a reputable outfitter to find some for you.
Your best bet for a guaranteed hunt is to try getting a WSMR OIL or a broken horn hunt in a timeframe that fits your schedule.
