I have a customer that is building one of these, he had the wire EDM work done on the reciever. Special permits are needed. $$$$$$$$

I thought that anything bigger than the 50BMG was considered a destructive device and required a class 3 license?

I personaly don't see any practical reason for anything , shoulder fired , bigger than a 50 even in a military application. But I guess that somebody needs/wants one other wise it would never been built
