I am looking at nightforce scopes trying to decide which reticle and scope to go with. Just getting into long range shooting/hunting. i have 300 Mark V Weatherby. Any suggestions?gun)

I like the NP-R1 and NP-R2.

If you're mostly shooting targets such as F-Class, you may want something less cluttered.

The Velocity 1000 looks really cool. But, BDC reticles just don't cut it in the real world. You're going to need ballistics software and an accurate range finder to do the job right.
