18-20" long barrel suppressed 6.5 PRC. Recoil is manageable in a hunting weight rifle. Wide selection of bullets for whatever you wanted to do. Sure it would not be a wise choice to shoot elk at 3 miles away like you're able to do so with some of the larger 30-338 magnums, but it is more than capable are reasonable distances. I've been down the path of some of the larger 30 cal mags (no lapua/normas as of yet), and my 6.5 prc gets the job done quite well.

300 wsm, I load mine down and use 130gr bullets for smaller game or you can do 200+ and all between.
