I have some old brass from my grandfather who use to reload. Most of it is WW super and Remington but I have some with a Lc Match 68 headstamp and some regular LC 67-68 and WCC 67. My question is how safe would it be to use this brass assuming I clean, size, trim if needed, turn and anneal the necks etca? It all seems to be in pretty good shape except a little bit tarnished.

I believe if you can't verify how many times the brass has been fired and how hot the loads were, It would be much safer to go with brass you know is new unfired or minimum reloads cycles.

Better safe than sorry.
