Ok, it's time to see lever action kills

With recent threads on 30/30, I am now on a mission to tag a deer this year with my Dad's Winchester 30/30 serial number built in 1954. I think he would look down and smile. Loaded 170 flat nose and good to go!

So let's see those lever action kills whether 30/30, .35 Rem, 32 Spl.

If you are wearing buffalo plaid so much the better!

I lost my "Elmer Fudd" hat, so I can't use a 30-30. But I do intend to get a deer this year with my Savage 99 in .308 win. I will try to figure out how to post pictures, if I can just remember to take the pictures.

This wasn't too far- about 200 yards if I recall correctly. Any further and you really start lobbing it out there. I haven't taken it any further yet, but would be fun to try at the range.

Not the biggest buck but he presented the right opportunity. The gun was my dad's Winchester Model 94 30-30 he had as a kid. 80 yard shot and he dropped in his tracks. 160 grain Hornady FTX loaded with H4895.
