Right now it's 15 below zero with 20 mph winds? Where do the deer go and how do they survive? Feels like 40 below according to the weather man

You'd be surprised how much a lil dip in terrain can break the wind. Deer know where these are on their home range. You hunt an area long enough, and you will too. South facing slopes are the norm in the winter too.
