I have to admit, I love the old 700's, but have refused to buy one built since George Soros has his hands on the company.....I do not feel "vindicated" by this news as it is not good for all of us.

I work with Bankrupt Companies of this size and scale a lot.....I wouldn't worry too much, unless your are an existing equity holder......Remington will be restructured via a court supervised process and exit with new ownership, a much cleaner balance sheet (drastically reduced debt), and a well thought out business plan......in short, a much stronger company, that will continue to manufacture and sell rifles and other gun related accessories.
