Nosler accubond for 6.5 prc

Hey guys. I just picked up some 140g nosler accubonds for my proof mtr 6.5 prc, 24" barrel with a 7.5 twist. Just wondering what your experience is with them on deer and elk and any loads you'd like to share is much appreciated.

Where were you able to find them? That's the biggest question!

Shoot them in a 6.5x284 runtime 2980 or so..have killed lots of deer, antelope and a couple elk with it without any problem

Same. Maybe just north of 3K in an 8 twist. I've loaded everything from H4350 to retumbo. They just seem to perform

I have a trustworthy informant that says that the 6.5 140 accubond is in production as I write this. Get on the Nosler site and find the bullets and hit notify. It'll probably be 3-4 weeks. Hope this helps

I set up the notifications about a 2 months ago. I am still kicking myself for not getting some of the 130gr Accubonds when they were available.

I've used the 140s and 160s in my 7mm Rem Mag and 140s in my 270 Win. and 150s in my 308 Win. on everything from a 40lb. Javalina,110 lb. Antelope, 150 lb. Hog, 250lb. Whitetail, 275lb. Mule Deer, and the latest this 300 lb. Aoudad Ram last month, all one shot kills!
