Nikko Stirling Scopes?

Does anyone have experience with these scopes, more specifically with the mil-dot 4-16x50 NightEater model? I handled one of these scopes at the store and it seems to be of ok quality for the price of under $200.00 bucks. Very similar in size and features to the Super Sniper scopes.

Looks like a BSA to me or it might be a Tasco. I was impressed though with the clarity and the sharpness of the scope both at high and low magnification. Turner's have one mounted on their Howa exclusive package rifle.
