I am looking to trade twon nikon monarch 3s for a Nightforce SHV 5-20x56 MOAR reticle.

Not to be rude but you are going to have to go the route I did with the Nikon's. Sell them then take the money and get your SHV. My guess off experience and current market for Nikons you will get maybe $300 a piece if you try real hard. Probably in the $200-250 range is more realistic.
