Yes, by Greg Tannel, Gre'-Tan rifles. I.E., no marks on any scopes I've ever used, by doing this.

What’s the height on these ? .9 ?

Looks like .9 from bottom of ring base to center of 30 mm ring. I've never used high rings on any bolt rifle.
