Nightforce or Zeiss Victory?

Hello,

Which is a better scope Nightforce 2.5-10x32mm or Zeiss Victory Diavari 2.5-10x42? I want the best optics and plan to use for target shooting most of the time and hunting approximately 10%.

If I go with nightforce - not sure what reticle to get? If I go with the Zeiss I will get reticle # 8.

All according to what your priorities are. If it is seeing in low light go with the zeiss. If you want repeatability and toughness with a little minor reduction in glass quality then go with the NXS.

The cm/100m and those backwards turning knobs are a little aggravating to get used to on the victory, otherwise they work great.
